About the Collection...

Our line of hand-crocheted swimwear, cover-ups and hand-tie dyed silk resortwear is designed by Anna Kosturova in her Vancouver, Canada studio. The Collection is produced overseas by families of generations of crochet and tie dye artisans whom Anna has known personally for many years.

Every piece in our handcrafted affordable couture collection is made with the environment in mind. The garments are made of 100% silk or cotton. It takes time to develop new stitches and new designs, on average 2 to 3 years, that’s why new styles are introduced only once a year. Anna Kosturova Collection is definitely not fast, disposable fashion, but something to be kept in a modern heirloom way, like works of art you collect over the years.

Anna Kosturova's designs captured the eye of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue editors and have been featured in the magazine and on SI.com for 7 years in a row now. The Collection is garnering wide press attention both in North America and around the world.

A beachy California bohemian rocker esthetic and an innocently sexy St .Tropez romance are the twin inspirations behind this year’s collection.
The Anna Kosturova collection boasts plenty of crochet bikinis, cover-ups, dresses and separates for every summer occasion. So whether your destination is an exotic beach, backyard, music festival or garden cocktail party, these unique, easy-to-wear pieces are a perfect fit.

Highlights from this collection include oversized, open-stitch crochet tops in varying degrees of sexiness - some, oh so sweet and some down right daring. There’s no shortage of styles to choose from: cropped, off-the-shoulder tops and loose racerbacks. Anna Kosturova have developed beautiful signature stitches in both lacy looks and strong geometric patterns texture and color wise through stripes and ginghams.

She has added some dramatic flair to this collection by rolling out the maxi length in our cover-ups, skirts and dresses such as the hotter than hot, floor-length crochet Bianca (yes, Jagger) dress.

The color palette has a lot of earthy neutrals including rich creams, which mesh perfectly with all of our sweet frilly, boho fringe and cowrie-shell embellishments, white, black and grays infused with bright exotic colours, synonymous with a tropical paradise.

Silk resort wear complements the crochet collection and spices the mix with exotic hand tie-dyed brights. It has a tie dye color palette that captures the look of scorching solar flares, the sun rising in a tropical paradise and the rippling reflection of lights on evening water. Free-spirited designs blend utility, comfort and luxury and make dressing for deck or dinner equally simple and elegant. Be it a flowing long wrap dress or a billowy sleeve short chemise, harem pants or a romper, these styles are at home even in a urban setting.
