All the CC charges are processed at our Canadian head office and will appear on your credit card statement as Lucid Design. Please note that you will be charged the Canadian dollar equivalent of your US$ purchase. The exchange rate used will be applicable rate on the day of shipping. Since this is an international purchase (if purchased anywhere in the world outside of Canada) please be advised that your cc service provider (Visa, M/C, Amex) will charge a nominal amount for the currency exchange service.
Please note that by placing an order your credit card is not immediately charged. Your CC will only be charged for those items shipped on the day of shipment. In the event that your item is currently sold out your CC will not be charged. In this case, you will receive a notification from our Customer Service Department giving you the option of being put on the back order list. Your CC will only be charged once we ship your back ordered items.

We ship international orders via untraceable USPS (United States Postal Services)
or via traceable UPS or Fedex.
The shipping charges vary based on destination and weight of shipment.
Prior to shipping you will receive an email notification listing each shipping options with charges for your authorization.
All additional taxes/duties/tariffs associated with international shipping is
responsibility of customer.
NOTE: Regular international and domestic shipping options through United States Postal Service or Canada Post offered does not guarantee delivery time, or provide tracking. Anna Kosturova Lucid Design is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen in the mail.
* Next day shipping and express 3 day shipping will only apply to orders received before 12:00pm Pacific time (6:00 pm Eastern time).
Return/Exchange Policy:
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased through www.annakosturova.com and www.annakosturovagirl.com.
Refunds or Exchanges offered within 14 days from the day goods were received.
Exchange for credit only up to 30 days.
Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Only unworn items with original tag will be refunded or exchanged.
Returned merchandise will be exchanged or credited/refunded to your account upon receipt in our warehouse.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please fill out the Return Merchandise Form and enclose it with a copy of your receipt with the item(s) you are returning. Return Merchandise Form is enclosed with every package (click here to download printable form). Do not send back your purchase without filled out Return Merchandise Form.
